Google’s Liquid Galaxy Machine Sends Users on Immersive Tour of Earth, Moon, and Mars

Check out this cool demo of Google Liquid Galaxy showcased at TED 2010. Built by a Google employee with his 20 percent of project time, Liquid Galaxy offers a panoramic experience of Google Earth using eight LCD screens in a viewing booth.

Though users can tour anywhere form the Earth to the moon to Mars, this demo shows a cruise from San Francisco, Calif., to the Taj Mahal.
