iPhone OS 3.1.3 Now Available

For those who feel the obsessive need to download any and all subpoint updates as they become available, you can now download iPhone OS 3.1.3.

It fixes some bug regarding the accuracy of the battery indicator icon on the iPhone 3GS and does a couple of largely irrelevant things.  It probably also adds iPad to the dictionary. And it probably means that OS 3.2 is a bit more away (after all, why do a subpoint when you are just going to release a point upgrade in a month).

Available for download from iTunes (but you knew that).
