Thanks to a retweet – I discovered possibly the best Dear Facebook post that ever needed to be written in a 140 characters plus.

Seriously.

@RedheadWriting spells out every frustration toward Facebook in big bold letters (insert witty font conference reference here).

From telling it like it is about their customer service (or lack thereof) : “How is it that you’ve grown into the social networking behemoth you have without one iota of consideration for those who actively use your site and need help doing so?”

To the most recent Facebook UI changes : “We have no choice but to accept what you lay down (especially since you don’t listen to any of your users or have a Customer Service department to take complaints or help resolve important issues.”

Erika Napoletano, you are my heroine. Thanks for “putting on a blog suit and gloves” and taking on the Facebook Frat Boys for the rest of us.
